I’m a firm believer that you are the expert of your own life and I’m glad to work with you on navigating what living in your truth looks like. I am passionate about empowering people, especially those within marginalized communities and will always approach our work with a social justice lens.
As a queer woman of color, I understand the complexities of holding identities that come with performative expectations and loss of individuality.
I believe that people have the right to heal in the ways that feel right for them. In a therapeutic relationship, I work with clients to encourage healing and growth in any ways that feel connected to them. I use a trauma-informed approach and work with clients on symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma responses, sexuality and body image concerns.
I am committed to empowering people of color, queer folks, and people in (or wanting to explore) alternate relationship structures including polyamory, ethical non-monogamy and/or kink dynamics. I’m here to work with you on finding sustainable ways to show up in this world as your full authentic self. Show up as you are, and I will meet you there.
