MCM Collaborative is seeking a skilled and thoughtful Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an early career therapist with interest in working with teens and adults and has deep knowledge, comfort and humility working with/in BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ communities. This position offers a manageable caseload and the opportunity for therapist-centered, dynamic supervision, both individual and group.

Duties:

– Conduct individual, couple, group and family therapy sessions
– Provide competent, clinically-appropriate insight-oriented therapy

– Integrate Anti-Racist and Trauma Informed principles in all work
– Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
– Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
– Current New York State licensure
– One year post-graduate experience
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
