I am a queer, interracial Latinx femme offering counseling for individuals, couples and non-monogamous relationships. My background extends from lived experience, strengthened and formalized in education and energized by community empowerment endeavors.

As a person of color in the LGBTQIA+/kink/poly/consensual relationship community, my approach is anti-racist, anti-oppressive, trauma informed, sex affirming, and abolitionist.

My work with queer, transgender/gender non-conforming folx has lead to a focus in issues relating to internalized and institutional racism and oppression, sexual identity, trauma, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, relationship issues, and self-esteem. By employing strengths-based, narrative-lead therapy, I will help you to embody being the expert of your experience.

To my core, I believe that through sex therapy people can feel closer and more attuned in body and mind. We can work on quieting the inner critic and self-defeating thoughts by analyzing different ways of behaving; aiming to discover your uniqueness through how you relate to your experiences, and challenging mainstream assumptions to create an inclusive, empowering, judgement-free space for you to explore and process sexual desires and life experiences.

With your truest self brought to the room, my promise is to be beside you, supporting you, affirming you and challenging you. As someone who has struggled with vulnerability, I know that starting the process can be the hardest part. Should you choose to work together, all parts of you will be welcomed.
